What we collect
When you ask for a free website check, the form sends us what you type: your business's name and address, your website, your email, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and how you heard about us. Nothing else is collected, and there are no cookies or trackers on this site.
What it is used for
We use it for one thing: to look at your website, your Google listing and your search results the way a customer would, and to email you the one-page check. If you gave a phone number, we may call you once about the check. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
The form sends one email to tabardstudio@gmail.com; the website keeps no copy. That email stays in our inbox like any other message, and we delete it when you ask. Write to tabardstudio@gmail.com and we will remove what we hold about you within five business days.
Plain email
If you email us instead of using the form, we keep your email the way anyone keeps correspondence, and the same promise applies: we will delete it when you ask.
